Little Italy and Jonestown Food Tour
Take a walk with us through Little Italy, an area rich with history and authentic Italian culture and cuisine
Meet the residents, shop owners and restaurateurs, and hear their stories that make this neighborhood so culturally significant.
We will enjoy different Italian specialties that have been passed down from generation to generation, and see important gathering spots as well as centers for sports and religion.
We will also visit Jonestown, once a predominately Jewish enclave, and still home to Baltimore's corn beef row, the Jewish Museum of Maryland, and numerous historic sights.
Your Little Italy Food Tour may include the following specialties:
- Italian wines
- Baltimore's best corned beef
- traditional'coddies'
- Pizza featuring hand-pulled Mozzarella
- Knishes from the area's oldest and best Jewish Deli
- homeade pastas
- House-made meatballs
- Tiramisu from the family claiming to have invented the dessert
- Italian coffees
Experience two of Baltimore's Classic neighborhoods - Little Italy and Jonestown
All dishes served are included in the tour. Enough food is served that for most participants, dinner afterward will not be needed. Seating and special service is provided at all restaurants throughout the tour.

How long:The food tour will last approximately 3-3.5 hours
Who:All age groups and fitness levels are encouraged to take the tour
How much:$63 per adult ticket (plus a $3 ticketing fee). We will be sitting for all dishes.
What to wear:Comfortable clothing and shoes
What is included: All food and drinks are included in the tour. Guide gratuities are not included. They are not mandatory but always appreciated.
